Mobile patrol

Visible patrols. Documented checks. Clear reporting.

Mobile patrol can extend security visibility across one property or a defined route without assigning a guard to one fixed post for an entire shift.

Patrol duties can be matched to the property.

The agreed route, timing windows, checkpoints and notification rules are documented before service starts.

01

Exterior checks

Assigned perimeter, parking, gate, door and visible property-condition observations.

02

Open and close support

Lock-up, unlock or closing checks completed against written site instructions.

03

Patrol reporting

Visit time, checkpoint activity, observations, exceptions and escalations recorded for review.

When mobile patrol may fit

Patrol coverage can be useful when a site needs recurring visibility and checks but does not require a continuously staffed post. Common requests include commercial parking areas, construction perimeters, multi-tenant properties, warehouses, yards and temporarily vacant buildings.

A route should be specific

A patrol plan can identify arrival windows, required checkpoints, areas that may only be observed from a safe position, lock-up tasks, photographs if agreed, and the conditions that require a client or emergency contact to be notified.

Reporting makes visits accountable

Each completed patrol should produce a simple record. SAYAMS can align the record to the client’s priorities, including visit time, doors or gates checked, notable conditions, action taken and escalation details.

Mobile patrol is not a substitute for emergency services. Immediate threats or emergencies should be directed to 911.

Plan patrols around your actual risk points.

Share the site, preferred timing and checks required. Availability and route feasibility will be confirmed after review.
